Ratnagiri Gas and Power
About 1,970 MW plant born from the failed Enron backed Dabhol project.
Overview
The 1990s Dabhol saga collapsed into one of the largest foreign investment failures in Indian history. Rescued and renamed in 2005, its combined cycle units run on LNG and regasified imports for Maharashtra peak loads.
